The Commission Process
1. Fill Out the Interest Form
Start by completing the questionnaire at the bottom of this page. This helps me understand your vision and allows me to provide tailored answers to your questions. There’s no commitment required after filling it out—if you're still exploring ideas, we can brainstorm together.2. Share Reference Photos
Once we connect, you’ll send photos of the building you'd like painted. These can include close-ups, wide shots, and any special details you’d like emphasized.3. Receive a Quote & Timeline
After reviewing your photos and project details, I’ll provide an estimated completion time and a price quote based on the size and complexity of the piece.4. Painting & Delivery
Once we confirm the commission, I begin painting. You’ll receive the original artwork along with any optional prints or digital files you’ve requested. -

7" x 5" (small)
10" x 8" (standard)
16" x 12" (large, maximum size for original)
Prices typically range from $250 to $400 for first-time commissions, depending on size and detail.

While original paintings are limited to 16" x 12", I can create high-resolution scans and offer fine art prints in larger sizes. See "Digital Files & Prints” below.
Need multiple paintings?
Discounts are available for bulk orders (e.g., 3–5 paintings for family members or multiple versions of the same building).

On average, commissions are completed within 3 to 6 weeks. After I receive your reference photos, I’ll provide a more accurate timeline based on my schedule and the scope of the piece.
