Timeline

I understand the real estate moves at a quick pace. This is no problem. On average, watercolor commissions take 2-3 weeks from photo submission to final delivery. Once I receive your reference photos, I will provide a more concrete timeline estimate. If you're working with a specific closing or move-in date, I recommend reaching out as early as possible.

Commissioning a Painting: What to Expect

Sizing & Pricing

I offer several standard sizes, including 7”x5”, 10”x8” and up to 16”x12”. All work is original and painted by hand.

  • Price range: $150-$250 for a single commission, based on size, complexity and turn around time.

  • Bulk orders: For real estate professionals ordering 3 or more paintings quarterly (for multiple clients or properties), reduced pricing is available. Also see Digital & Print Options below.

*Larger formats are available upon request, however these will be professional prints created from a high-resolution scans of the original artwork.

Digital & Print Options

Each commission includes the option to receive a digital file (JPEG, PNG, or PDF) or high-quality art print of the final painting. These can be used for gifting to multiple parties (buyers, sellers, or agents on both sides) marketing materials, newsletters, or framed prints.
