A feel good drawing for a Bostonian bookworm living in California. I’ve been asked to do Boston based watercolor paintings for some time but needed to find landmarks or buildings that meant something to me. There are no shortage of iconic places but this business is more representative of my ideals, hobbies and the types of businesses that that I want to support. When I was a teenager, I was shopping in and walking around Downtown Crossing with my girlfriends every weekend. This piece give me the feels.
